What is RSEC?

The Rural Schools Education Conference is similar to a mini-QPAT convention held by ESSB in its territory. How is this conference different than QPAT's? RSEC's focus is on RURAL schools and, therefore, is geared towards ESSB teachers, support staff, professionals and personnel. RSEC is not a regular event but it is held, on average, every three years.
